Vendor Applications

ObscuraCon brings together researchers, investigators, creators, and curious minds from across the country. Our Vendor Hall is a curated marketplace centered on the strange, the arcane, and the unknown. It’s an anchor point of the weekend experience.

If your work explores the paranormal, the mystical, the occult, the anomalous, or the unconventional, we want to hear from you. Use the form below to tell us a little more about what you would bring to ObscuraCon. We will accept vendors on a rolling basis, with the first wave of acceptances going out early in 2026.

All vendor spaces will be 10ftx8ft spaces. Vendors may bring additional tables/chairs. Canopies are not allowed due to fire code.

If accepted, the vendor registration fee will be $175 per space for a single vendor. If you want to split the space with another vendor that you know, it will be $100 per vendor (max 2). For split spaces, both vendors must apply and mention splitting the space with each other in their applications.
